Sue and her partner have over 30 years of experience in the personnel field, with small and large businesses in manufacturing and the services sector.

With Dumfries & Galloway in mind, we operate as a service rather than a consultancy.  We tend to focus on the nuts and bolts of personnel - doing what needs to be done to meet your employment needs - supporting your business with minimal fuss.

We operate from our home on the Solway Coast to avoid expensive costs and overheads.  We give you value for money, and consider our costs to be a fraction of what you would expect from solicitors and larger consultancies.
